Review: The Drake Hotel, Toronto

One of the most famous boutique hotels in the world and located on Toronto’s uber trendy West Queen West hood The Drake serves up great food, beds and nightly dance parties.

My room mate and I met here after a long day of work and caught up over two alcoholic beverages (a necessity) and a few plates of deliciousness.

Calamari

Mac and Cheese Croquettes with Drake Ketchup

Skirt Steak with Hotel Butter and Frites

Black Bean, Lobster and Pork Lardon Soup with Walnut Bread and Ricotta

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Spiced Walnuts and Mascarpone

A-Take-On-Smores

lava chocolate cake, marshmallow and macadamia nut ice cream, graham cracker crumbs

#47 restaurant reviewed in Ontario since moving to Toronto in 2010.
