Everyone knows I love triple creme brie! Double cream will never do!
I’ve posted about my love for St. Andre and La Riopelle de I’Isle and am happy to share with you this little wooden box of brie from Rondoux.
A relatively new addition to their Agropur Signature line, this triple crème has no equal. Made from milk and fresh cream, it is a fine cheese of the most unctuous kind. Let it ripen and its texture will become even creamier. It will literally melt in your mouth. And smear on your baguette with great ease. Enjoy with friends or enemies. I particular like to serve this when I am having a party frequented by several lactose intolerant guests. All the more for me!
