And so I found myself sitting in Yorkville in the late afternoon, twiddling my thumbs in the lobby of the Park Hyatt. I am always early for everything. I looked over to my right and saw two slick businessmen spin their heels and disappear. I assumed they were running late for a meeting at the hotel’s Annona restaurant.
I was soon greeted by Karolyne and Patricia who I had invited to join me for this rooftop adventure. Our guide escorted us up to the hotel’s 18th floor where we were whisked through their regal bar. We soon found ourselves sitting on the patio overlooking the Royal Ontario Museum with a fantastic view of the city skyline. We were here on a mission, to sample a few of the bars menu options as well as highlight their cocktail selection.
I had good fun taking pictures of our ice cold cocktails with the Toronto skyline as backdrop. We nibbled on each dish and used little straws to sample each beverage. The Roof Lounge at Park Hyatt Yorkville is the perfect spot to enjoy a few nibbles and cocktails created with great care and creativity while taking in one of the best views of the city.
